Rashmika Return Policy

Rashmika is your AI companion that listens, understands, and remembers — offering supportive chat through text and voice, in your language, whenever you need someone to talk to.

Please note that this Refund Policy is to be read together with the Rashmika App's Terms and Conditions.

1. General Policy

All purchases made on the Rashmika App are final and non-refundable, unless specifically directed by us under exceptional circumstances or as required by applicable law.

2. Subscriptions

Our subscription plans may include auto-renewals, ensuring uninterrupted access to premium Rashmika features for the duration of your plan.

Please note:

  1. Users agree to auto-renewal expressly and affirmatively when signing up for a paid trial or paid subscription plan on the Rashmika App (including through Google Play or other authorized billing channels).
  2. Users on a paid trial or paid subscription plan are not eligible for a refund for an auto-renewed period if they cancel auto-renewal after the expiry date of the current trial or subscription period.
  3. Users may cancel auto-renewal through the App, app store subscription settings, or other methods stated on the App or website before the expiry date of the current subscription term. Such cancellation will only stop renewal for the upcoming subscription term and will not affect the current subscription term. In addition to cancelling auto-renewal on our App, users are responsible for cancelling recurring payments or auto-pay mandates for the respective payment method they use.
  4. We do not offer partial or pro-rata refunds for cancellation of subscriptions. Users may continue using Rashmika for the subscription period already paid for.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds may be considered solely in the following exceptional cases:

  1. Duplicate or erroneous transactions where the user has been charged more than once for the same service.
  2. Technical errors attributable to the Application that result in non-delivery or failure to activate a purchased subscription or paid service.

Refunds shall not be considered for any other reason including, but not limited to, change of mind, partial usage, dissatisfaction with features or AI-generated responses, device compatibility issues not attributable to us, or failure to use the purchased service.

RAHSOU SIMPLE VIRAL GAMES PRIVATE LIMITED may consider your request for a refund on a case-by-case basis in accordance with your rights under applicable law.

Where a refund is approved by the Company, the amount shall be credited back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase within 7–10 working days, subject to applicable banking and payment gateway timelines.

4. Information on Payment and Chargebacks

The payment methods and modes available to make payment are visible to users at the time of payment.

We engage third-party payment service providers for processing payments. They may process payments in a secure manner in accordance with their policies and terms and conditions. Please contact us at [email protected] if you would like to know the name and address of the relevant third-party payment service provider for your transaction.

Users may contact their bank or card/payment instrument issuer to confirm chargeback availability.

Note

Refunds approved by the Company may take up to 7–10 business days to reflect in your account due to processing delays by the bank or payment gateway. If the refunded amount is not received after 10 days, please contact us at [email protected].
