Introduction

RAHSOU SIMPLE VIRAL GAMES PRIVATE LIMITED ("we", "our", "us", or "Company"), the owner of the Rashmika mobile application ("App") and related websites and support channels ("Site"), is committed to protecting the privacy of its users ("User", "you", "your"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect information through the App and Site.

This Policy is published in compliance with the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011.

App & Service Usage Information

To provide personalized AI companion features, the App may process information you provide or authorize, which may include:

  • Information you submit in chat or voice interactions (such as messages, questions, preferences, or content you choose to share)
  • Notification, language, and display settings you configure in the App
  • Subscription status and feature usage within Rashmika

Rashmika does not require bank login credentials for third-party payment apps. Subscription purchases are processed by authorized app-store or payment partners; we do not settle peer-to-peer payments on your behalf.

Non-Personal Information

We also collect information that does not directly identify you, such as:

  • Device details (type, model, operating system, app version)
  • Language, time zone, and region
  • App usage metrics, diagnostics, and crash logs
  • Network information (Internet Service Provider, IP address)

Cookies and Similar Technologies

These providers access only the information necessary to perform their tasks and are contractually bound to protect your data.

We do not authorize them to use your information for their own advertising or marketing unrelated to providing services to us.

  • Information is already publicly available due to your own disclosure (e.g., feedback you choose to publish).

Payments and Financial Data

Paid subscriptions or in-app purchases are processed through secure third-party gateways (such as Google Play Billing or other authorized payment processors).

We do not store credit/debit card details or other primary payment instrument data. Financial information entered with payment processors is encrypted and handled directly by those providers.

Our payment aggregators and payment service providers may also collect, process, and transfer your information directly during your use of the App, subject to their own privacy policies.

Rashmika is not a bank, financial adviser, or regulated payment system. We do not hold customer funds or execute financial transactions on your behalf.

Third-Party Links and Services

The App or Site may contain links to external websites, app stores, analytics providers, or other third-party services we use to operate the Service.

We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of third-party sites or services. Users are advised to review the privacy policies of those services before interacting with them.

Updates will be reflected by the "Effective date" at the top of this page. Material changes will be notified through in-app alerts, email, or other reasonable means before taking effect where required.

We will acknowledge grievances within 24 hours and aim to resolve them within 15 days of receipt.

Communications & Notifications

By using the Rashmika App, you consent to receive important account, transactional, and service-related communications from us. These communications may be sent via:

  • WhatsApp
  • RCS (Rich Communication Services)
  • Phone calls
  • IVR (Interactive Voice Response)
  • In-app notifications
  • Email (where applicable)

These notifications may include OTPs, login alerts, subscription updates, payment reminders, service announcements, customer support responses, and promotional messages (only if you have opted in).

You may opt out of non-essential promotional messages at any time by contacting our support team or using available settings within the App (where applicable). Essential communications—such as OTP, account security, payment or subscription status, or critical service updates—cannot be opted out of while you maintain an active account requiring such notices.
